Welcome to our cosy holiday apartment in the beautiful Bavarian Forest! It’s located on the top floor of a three-family house in a central location, with a view of the Furth im Wald city skyline and the magnificent surrounding mountains. Its central location is a real highlight: Nearest butcher shop (with baked goods): 0.1 km; nearest supermarket: 0.6 km; Drachenhöhle/Volksfest/Cave Gladium: 0.4 km; outdoor pool/Wildgarten: 0.7 km; city centre/Drachenstich arena: 1.0 km; Dragon Lake: 1.5 km. This beautiful, centrally located holiday apartment with 60 m² of living space can accommodate up to 4 people. The bedroom features a cosy double bed and a cot. Additional sleeping space is provided in the living room by a pull-out couch (for up to two children or one adult). Upon request, an extra mattress can be laid out on the floor. The living room features a flat-screen TV with satellite TV, and an Amazon Fire TV Stick is also connected. From here, you can step out onto the balcony (with seating) to breathe in the fresh air of the Bavarian Forest (or smoke a cigarette) and enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. The new kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing breakfast, lunch, or dinner in the dining area. The bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, toilet, and towel warmer, rounds out the appealing overall experience. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the house free of charge. (The Wi-Fi issues mentioned in the reviews have been resolved.) A lockable garage (with charging capabilities) is available for bicycles and e-bikes. Bed linens and towels are also included in the price. Please note that pets are allowed only by prior arrangement (for an additional fee of 25 EUR per pet). The deposit due after booking is 30% of the total stay cost. The balance is due 14 days before arrival. Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Check-out is between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Two pets are allowed for a fee of 25 EUR per pet. A cot can be provided free of charge upon request.
