Villa Bord de Mer Piscine chauffée is located in Plouha and is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The 70 m² property features a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and an extra toilet, accommodating up to six guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, washing machine, as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot is also available. The property does not offer air conditioning or bath towels. Outside, you can enjoy a private heated pool, garden, open-air terrace, and barbecue.
Guests also have access to a shared fenced pool. The villa is close to the beach. Three parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Up to two pets are allowed (available for an extra fee). Please note there is a robotic lawn mower in the garden, so it is recommended to supervise pets outdoors.
Smoking and events are not permitted. Guests are asked to empty the dishwasher and put away dishes before departure. Bed linen (for two 160 cm beds and one 140 cm bed) and bath towels/sheets are available on request upon arrival (available for an extra fee).
