Beautiful vacation apartment "Karl May" in Elspe/Sauerland, approx. 65 sqm, for 1-4 persons

Look forward to this cosy holiday rental for 1–4 people. The apartment is located about 200 metres as the crow flies from the Elspe Festival grounds in Lennestadt-Elspe, yet it is in a very quiet area.

Spanning approximately 65 square metres, you’ll find:
- a living room with a pull-out sofa bed (for 2 people),
- a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area,
- a large bedroom with a double bed and a large closet,
- a bathroom with a shower, including a washing machine,
- a hallway with a coat rack,
- Wi-Fi and Fire Stick TV (accessible via your own Amazon account)
- books and games.

There is enough space in the bedroom to accommodate a cot. However, please bring your own.

You’ll have your own patio area right outside the front door with a beautiful view of the garden (we don’t use this part).

A parking spot is available right in front of the property.

There’s a supermarket and several bakeries in Elspe, and three more supermarkets in the neighbouring town.

Pets, smoking, and events such as bachelor/hen nights, graduation parties, or similar gatherings are not permitted.

Some of the electricity for the entire house is generated by our own solar power system.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es fehlte uns an nichts, wir hatten nur ein stockendes Fernsehprogramm . Das war bei zwei Nächten nicht so tragisch. Die Lage zum Elspe Festival war super nah . Gerne kommen wir wieder
