Private: large, beautiful, well-kept garden, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 120 - 185 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Barbecue, roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant, bar, café 200 m, bus stop 500 m. Sports harbour 2.4 km, surf school 1 km, sailing school 2.4 km, tennis 1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
