Guten Tag Familie W., trotz des längeren Aufenthaltes gab es keinerlei Beanstandung Ihrerseits. Selbst beim Aufeinandertreffen im Treppenhaus gab es keinen Hinweis. Im Nachhinein etwas zu bemängeln, was schnell behoben werden hätte können, ist indiskutabel. 2 von 5 Stwrnen zu vergeben ist ein Hohn für jeden Gastgeber. Kritik nehme ich gerne an, jedoch die Chancen auf Nachbearbeitung erst gar nicht zu gewähren und dies zu bemängeln ist menschlich ohne Worte. Sehr schade.
