Wenn man den Hausflur betritt wird man von schmutzigen und kaputten Auflagen für Gartenmöbel empfangen. Die Wochnungstüren im Haus sind schmutzig und es richt nicht wirklich angenehm. In der Wohnung war es einigermaßen ok, wir hatten keine Möglichkeit unsere Kleidung in den Schrank zuhängen. Der Kleiderschrank war mit Reinigungsgeräten und Balkonauflagen belegt. Die Schränke sind alt und reichen such so. Der Nachbar der in dem Haus wohnt war sehr laut, er hat sich mit anderen Personen gestritten und es hat sich angehört als ob Sie sich schlagen würden. Wir haben uns dort nicht wirklich wohl gefühlt. Hätte nie gedacht, daß es sowas auf Norderney gibt und das für soviel Geld. Wirklich traurig .....

Eine kleine, aber feine Wohnung. Trotz der warmen Temperaturen und ganz oben nicht warm in der Wohnung gewesen. Alles sauber und wohnlich. Total angenehm einen kleinen Balkon gehabt zu haben! Sehr zentral und doch absolut ruhig gelegen. Netter und komplikationsfreier Ablauf. Mir wurde sogar der Koffer hochgetragen. Richtig lieb. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, es ist slles vorhanden, was man braucht. Auch die Lage ist super gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Strand und alles andere ist sehr schnell erreichbar. Schönet großer Balkon mit Morgensonne.Einziges Manko ist der Nachbar, der sehr laut ist, auch nachts rumbrüllt oder singt.

Für ein Paar oder eine Einzelperson eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Super zentral gelegen. Ein großer Balkon der schon am Morgen von der Sonne erreicht wird. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe und auch die Bushaltestelle zur Fähre.

Es war alles wunderbar. Das erste Mal ganz alleine im Urlaub. Alles hat sehr gut geklappt. Hin und Rückreise. Das Wetter stimmte. Eine süße,kleine,saubere Wohnung,gute Verkehrsanbindung und Unterhaltung in dem Städchen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden

Wir haben uns in dieser gemütlichen Dachwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. In der Küche waren alle Utensilien vorhanden, und das Frühstück auf dem sonnigen Balkon war das absolute Highlight.

Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. „Der Nachbar“ direkt am Kopfende der Klappcouch hat die ganze Nacht den Fernseher laufen lassen und sich ab 6 Uhr fast eine Stunde lang immer wieder „wecken lassen“. Außerdem hatte ich das Pech, dass die Wohnungstür gegenüber immer offen stand und ich nie wusste, ob nicht doch jemand in der Wohnung ist. Gefallen hat mir, dass alles in der Wohnung sehr sauber war. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe hat reibungslos geklappt.
