Studio Blaukehlchen has been awarded three stars by the German Tourism Association. And the colour blue is a central theme in the studio’s design, creating a lively contrast to the half-timbered elements and the historic furnishings. You’ll sleep in a historic bed from the Wilhelminian era (with new, comfortable mattresses), enjoy breakfast in the morning sun… and soak up the evening sun in a cosy spot in the courtyard or make yourself comfortable in your studio’s reading nook.



Holiday in a Historic Landmark—in Amöneburg, in the heart of Hesse: In a romantic small town with 1,300 years of history, this historic farm complex—comprising a residence, stables, and a large play and fitness barn with a sauna—is located near the old town.
The residence was built around 1775, and the adjacent large barn, with its impressive timber-frame construction, was completed in 1886. Other outbuildings and stables bear witness to the farm’s eventful history, which continued until 2000. The fully renovated apartments, each individually furnished with a high-quality blend of old and new, offer comfortable accommodation and a delightful holiday experience: comfortable double beds, a generously equipped kitchenette, and a modern bathroom with a shower. A common area with a washing machine and dryer and a lockable storage room are available to guests. A sunroom and the entire courtyard area, with its shaded spots, invite you to enjoy breakfast or a cosy sundowner.



On-site costs: Payment is made by bank transfer upon receipt of an invoice. Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 50% of the total price. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will be charged at 90% of the total price.Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is available from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request.Keys are handed over via the KeyBoySystem. You will receive a PIN in advance. Pets are permitted only in the “Bekassine” apartment upon request. A fee of €10 per dog per night will be charged on-site. Pets are not allowed in the “Turmfalke” and “Blaukehlchen” apartments. A cot and a sofa bed can be provided upon request (10 per night per child). A refrigerator service can be booked upon request.Parking, Wi-Fi, final cleaning, and linens are included.
