Our comfortable holiday rental in the Erzgebirge combines modern living comfort with well-thought-out technical amenities for a pleasant family holiday in Olbernhau. Our property features its own photovoltaic system for generating electricity. The solar thermal system supplements the heating supply.
For guests arriving by electric car or e-bike, a charging station is available right next to the house. This allows you to conveniently charge your vehicles during your stay and flexibly plan excursions in the Ore Mountains.
The large garden in front of the house offers plenty of space to relax, with several seating areas, a grill, and a green lawn for the kids to run around on. There are plenty of play options for children—perfect for a child-friendly holiday rental in Olbernhau. The garden features seasonal fruits, vegetables, and fresh herbs—feel free to help yourself.

Our comfortable holiday apartment in the Ore Mountains features a spacious, light-filled living room with a cosy armchair, a comfortable sofa, and a lovingly furnished children’s corner. Large south-facing windows provide plenty of natural light and create a pleasant indoor atmosphere. The open kitchen, featuring a cooking island and range hood, is fully equipped and offers everything you need for family meals. The large dining table offers plenty of space for the whole family.
The bedroom is a real highlight: The 2.70 m wide solid wood family bed offers plenty of space and is ideal for families with children. Natural wood furniture, along with charming accents made of Swiss stone pine and alpine hay, create a natural, cosy atmosphere—perfect for a relaxing holiday in the Ore Mountains.
The high-quality bathroom features a walk-in shower and a bathtub.

On-site fees: A deposit of 15% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Payment is due in advance via bank transfer or in cash upon arrival. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. A cot or high chair is provided free of charge upon request. The visitor’s tax (effective as of 01.01.24), amounting to €2.50 per person (ages 15 and up) per night) will be charged separately on-site. The base price includes Wi-Fi, parking, bed linens, towels, and final cleaning. An on-site charging station for electric cars (billed separately) and e-bikes is available during your stay. A washing machine and dryer can be used by arrangement.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
