In a prime location with a view of St. Annen Church—centrally located yet in a quiet area close to the city—we warmly welcome you to our beautiful new holiday apartment.
Parking is available in the residential area and also in the immediate vicinity (central car park).
The city centre—with its shops, museums, churches, and the many other attractions of the beautiful mountain town of Annaberg–Buchholz—is about a 10-minute walk away.
In about 2 minutes, you can reach a bakery and a butcher shop with a small snack bar where you can have breakfast or lunch.
In 10 minutes, you can reach Pöhlberg Park for hiking and a break.
The Oberwiesenthal ski areas, including the Fichtelberg and the Keilberg on the Czech side, with lifts and ski schools, are about 25 km away.

Equipped with a built-in kitchen featuring a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, an oven, and a dishwasher, as well as a cosy couch, TV, a stereo system, and Wi-Fi.
Use.
The apartment includes a cosy bedroom with a large double bed, a wardrobe
, and nightstands.
Of course, it also includes a bright bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and window.
The entrance to the building is accessible via three steps.
The holiday rental is a separate unit on the ground floor with its own hallway.



On-site fees: Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible by arrangement. Payment is due in cash upon arrival. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. The tourist tax of €1.80 per person (ages 18 and up) per night will be charged separately on site; children under 6 are free, and those under 18 pay €0.90. Included in the base price: final cleaning, bed linens, towels, Wi-Fi. Check-in is from 3:00 to 20:00, and check-out is from 08:00 to 10:30.
