Mülsen is the longest and, in terms of population, the largest municipality in Saxony and is characterised by the string of individual districts: Marinau, Neuschönburg, Ortmannsdorf, Mülsen St. Niclas, Mülsen St. Jacob, Mülsen St. Micheln, Stangendorf, Thurm, Niedermülsen, Wulm, and Berthelsdorf. To the south, the municipality borders the Ore Mountains, and to the north, the Mulde Valley.
Our holiday rental is located in the centre of the municipality of Mülsen, in the district of Mülsen St. Jacob. From here, there are excellent transport connections. You can reach us from the A4 (Exit 62 Meerane) and A72 (Exit 11 Zwickau-Ost) highways via the access roads to the B173 in just a few minutes. A public transport stop is just a few metres’ walk away.
Bicycle parking is available, and electric car charging is also possible upon request (for a fee). For longer stays, a laundry service is available for a fee.



Holiday Rental:

We offer a small, cosy, fully furnished 47 m² holiday apartment near Zwickau that sleeps up to 4 people.The living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa (can accommodate 2 people), satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a desk. The bedroom features a double bed, a spacious closet, and a cot available upon request. Bed linens and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a stove with an oven, a coffee maker, and a sink with tea towels. The bathroom has a toilet, a shower, and a sink; shower gel, soap, and a hair dryer are included. The apartment also features an entryway with a coat rack, mirror, and shoe rack.




On-site fees: Payment is due on-site in cash or in advance via bank transfer. A 25% deposit is due within 10 days of booking. The balance is due upon arrival (cash or bank transfer). Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. If we are not present or if you arrive later, there is a key safe. The access code will be provided shortly before arrival. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; there is a designated smoking area in the garden. Cot: available. There is a place to park bicycles, and charging an electric car is also possible upon request (for a fee). For longer stays, a laundry service is available for a fee.



Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 8:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 11:00.
