The apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building in a quiet area. There are several hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. Shopping options are about 2 km away by car. If you’d like to go on a longer shopping trip or visit a few sights, Chemnitz is a great option. Chemnitz is about 10 km away and is easily accessible by train or car. Otherwise, the surrounding area offers plenty of nature and tranquility for relaxation.



Holiday Rental:

The holiday rental is located in a quiet area on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with many appliances. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The spacious living room invites you to linger and relax. Wi-Fi is available. One parking space is available.



On-site fees: Payment is due on-site in cash. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are allowed. A tourist tax of €0.50 per person per night will be charged additionally on-site. Included in the base price: bed linens, towels, Wi-Fi, 1 parking space. Please let us know your bed preference when completing your booking: 1 double bed or 2 single beds



Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 11:00.
