Enjoy your holiday, a visit with friends, a city trip to Marburg and the surrounding area, or some downtime after a conference or a lovely bike ride along the Lahn River in my holiday rental. The house is in a quiet and central location with good train and bus connections, close to the Lahn Bike Path. The apartment is well-maintained and has been certified by the Bett & Bike association as a bike-friendly property. You’re just a few minutes away from the Niederweimar lake, perfect for swimming, wakeboarding, and water skiing. The lake is a popular spot for sports and relaxation. The new “Zeiteninsel” Archaeological Open-Air Museum, featuring spectacular interactive experiences, is located in the neighbouring town and is easily accessible.

Separate entrance, furnished terrace (with a beach chair, pillows, and blankets in the summer), parking space, entryway with coat rack, bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and hair dryer. Living room with a box-spring double sofa bed (1.60 m), satellite TV, and dining table. Bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m), closet, and armchair. The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes, and linens. As a special service, tea and coffee are always available—free of charge, of course.
No additional costs for electricity, water, sewage, trash, booking, or final cleaning.

On-site costs: Payment is made on-site in cash. A 20% deposit may be charged after booking.Cancellations made up to 5 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made within 5 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.Check-out is from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM. For bookings, please contact the host directly by phone on the day of arrival. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. A high chair can be provided upon request (free of charge). A security deposit of 50 euros is required on site. Included in the price: Towels, bed linens, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, parking
