This 40-square-meter apartment, newly built in 2023, is stylishly and modernly furnished, located on the ground floor, and is ideal for 1–2 people. The cosy living area features a couch for relaxing, a TV, and a dining set. The sleeping area, featuring a double bed, is visually separated from the rest of the space. In the well-equipped kitchen—complete with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, and a 2-burner induction cooktop—you can prepare delicious meals. A coffee pod machine, electric kettle, and toaster are also available. Separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Pets are not allowed. A parking space is available free of charge, subject to availability.

Enjoy a relaxing holiday in our holiday rental for 1–4 people, completely renovated in 2022, or in the equally newly renovated apartment
for 1–2 people, idyllically and centrally located along the Lahn Valley Bike Trail.
The comfortably furnished 80-square-meter holiday rental, as well as the 40-square-meter apartment, combine traditional half-timbered architecture with state-of-the-art living comfort.
Enjoy your breakfast in the holiday rental on the south-facing balcony, or wind down there at the end of the day. In the fully equipped kitchen-living room—featuring an oven, a two-burner induction cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee pad machine/coffee maker, and a kettle—you can prepare delicious meals. A cosy seating area invites you to relax. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, hair dryer, and a cosmetic mirror.
The Parterre apartment has a combined living/dining area and a visually separated bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with an electric kettle, a coffee pod machine, a toaster, an oven, and an induction cooktop. Infrared heaters create a pleasant atmosphere. A bakery offering breakfast options and a restaurant are conveniently located just 3 minutes away. For our younger guests, there is a playground about 50 m away.
Enjoy free Wi-Fi, parking in front of the house, made-up beds upon arrival, and a selection of free coffee and tea. A grill can be provided.
Pets are not allowed.

Your bicycle or motorcycle is safely stored in our lockable garage, and you’re welcome to charge your e-bike there as well.
It’s easy to get here by train; the train station is about 500 m away.



On-site costs: A prepayment of 20% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Payment is due in cash upon arrival or via advance bank transfer; PayPal is accepted. Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and by prior telephone arrangement; check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Washing machine/dryer available upon request: €2.00 per use. Keys are provided via a unique key code or in person on-site. A cot is available free of charge upon request. If there is only one guest, only one of the two bedrooms is available.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
