Oybin Vacation Rental - Lerchenberghof Eibau

The accessible holiday rental “Oybin” is located on the ground floor at the rear of the main house and is easily accessible via paved walkways at ground level. A terrace and a separate parking space are located right next to the apartment. It features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen-living room with a dining area. Kitchen appliances such as an induction stove, dishwasher, combination oven with microwave, and refrigerator are provided. The large bathroom is accessible and features grab bars, a wheelchair-accessible sink, an accessible toilet, and a shower stool. The bedroom features a double bed. The apartment is bright and welcoming and is ideally suited for wheelchair users. The holiday rental also includes a bed linens and towel service, as well as coffee and a small selection of tea, as part of our service. A bottle of mineral water as a welcome drink and final cleaning after check-out are standard parts of our service.

The Lerchenberghof is a family-run, historic farm located in the countryside of the beautiful Spree source region in Upper LusatiaIt was lovingly restored for you between 2019 and 2022. An experiential farm awaits you—for young and old alike—with a history spanning from 1747 to the present day. A journey through history, beginning as a dyehouse for linen weavers, through the rural life of bygone eras, to the farm’s current use as a tourist experience farm with guest rooms and holiday apartments. There’s an adventure playground with water here where even children in wheelchairs can play—it’s fully accessible. Table tennis and darts are available free of charge, and you can book a pony ride or a Segway PT tour (by appointment). A historical farm tour is also available for groups of 4 or more, during which you’ll learn many interesting facts about life in Upper Lusatia, or you can take a carriage ride pulled by an old Hanomag tractor. 



On-site fees: Payment is due on site in cash or by card (EC, Visa, and Mastercard).Pets are allowed in some holiday rentals (for a fee of €10/day); please check the rental description. A cot or rollaway bed is available for a one-time fee of €10.00; please specify this when making your reservation if needed.Breakfast or a bread roll service can be booked for an additional fee; a restaurant is located approximately 200 metres away (closed Mon.–Tue.). Included services such as Wi-Fi and parking are covered by the room rate. 



Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
