The holiday rental is located in a renovated building near the Rietschen train station. There are three other apartments in the building that are permanently rented out. The holiday rental is on the upper floor of the building. It is accessible via a staircase.
Apartment, shower, toilet, 1 bedroom:
The holiday apartment consists of two rooms, a hallway, and a bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, and a sink. The hallway features a kitchenette with a sink and a ceramic cooktop. Dishes and pots are also provided. The bedroom is furnished with two beds and a TV. In another room, there is a refrigerator with a few drinks that guests are welcome to help themselves to. Payment is made via a trust fund system. A coffee maker and an electric kettle are also available. The supply of coffee and tea can be used free of charge. A mini-oven and a toaster are also provided.
On-site costs: A 10% deposit may be charged after booking. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash on site. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person upon arrival or via a key safe. Pets are not allowed. Included in the base price: Wi-Fi, parking, final cleaning, bed linens, towels
