Apartment, shower, toilet:

This wheelchair-accessible ground-floor apartment offers 110 square metres of space for up to 7 people. The living room features a large, comfortable couch, as well as satellite TV, a stereo system, Wi-Fi, and various games. The display cabinet contains various brochures, hiking maps, and an information folder for your use. The cosy dining room is perfect for gathering together. A high chair is available upon request. Browse through a wide selection of books in the reading corner. The nearly new kitchen is fully equipped with a large ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator (without a freezer compartment, but with a 0°C Biofresh vegetable compartment), a filter coffee maker, a Senseo coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and an egg cooker. Nothing stands in the way of preparing culinary delights. The holiday rental has a total of 3 bedrooms. These include a bedroom with a double bed and a cot (accessible from the living room via a door with a frosted-glass panel + an additional curtain for blackout + bathroom), one bedroom with 2 single beds (access from the bathroom/glass door with an additional curtain for privacy), and another bedroom with 2 single beds (access from the dining room). The seventh sleeping option is the sleeper sofa in the dining room. The spacious, wheelchair-accessible bathroom separates the double bedroom (access from the living room via a frosted-glass door and the bathroom), the twin bedroom (access from the bathroom via a glass door), and the kitchen. In addition, the bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, hand and bath towels, hand soap, guest towels, etc. Relax after an eventful day in the infrared sauna (for an additional fee).



On-site costs: Deposit: 20% of the total price after booking. Balance due 14 days before arrival. Wheelchair ramp, cot, and high chair available free of charge upon request. Max. 2 pets upon request: fee of 40€ per pet per stay (food not included).Infrared sauna & washing machine: additional fee. Included in the base price: bed linens, towels, Wi-Fi. Smoking (vaping and e-cigarettes), bachelor/hen nights, and parties are not permitted in the holiday rental. Renters (including companies accommodating their employees!) are liable for any damage caused. Final cleaning excludes the kitchen (oven, trash, cabinets—guest’s responsibility). In case of heavy soiling, an additional charge starting at €50 will apply.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 9:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
