Den Zimmerschlpssel muss man sich bei der Vermietung abholen. Ca 1 km entfernt und dort auch bei Abteise wieder abgeben. Das Zimmer ist leider schon recht abgewohnt. Die Matratze komplett durchgelegen, Teppich und Gardinen schmutzig und die Terrassentür benötigt dringend eine Reparatur. In der Badewanne war noch Duschbadrest. Die Gemeinschaftsküche für die untere Etage ist toll. Alles vorhanden und sauber. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Hafen, Restaurants vor der Tür und der Weg zum Strand auch in 15 min zu schaffen. Aber der Preis für das Zimmer ist völlig überteuert. Für den gleichen Preis hatte ich dann ein Wellnesshotel inklusive Frühstück in der Nähe.

Wäre der Blick von der kleinen Terrasse auf Garten und Hafen nicht so schön gewesen, hätte es nur 2 Sterne gegeben. Ich denke, der Eigentümer investiert nichts mehr, was sehr schade ist.

Sehr zuvorkommende und flexible Vermietung. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Fassade des Hauses, wirkt im Gegensatz dazu allerdings renovierungsbedürftig. Die Innenräume sind jedoch sehr gut renoviert. Sehr gute Parksituation. Die kleine Terrasse hat einen schönen Blick in den Hafen. Gepflegtes Aussengelände. Das Ambiente um das Objekt herum ist genial. Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist modern und gut ausgestattet.
