The holiday rental is located on the upper floor of an apartment building, measures approximately 80 m², and has 2 separate bedrooms.

Falkau is a district of the municipality of Feldberg and is part of the climatic health resort of Feldberg.
In the summer, the Feldberg (the highest mountain in the Black Forest at 1,493 m) is an ideal destination for mountain bikers, hikers, and families. There is a diverse network of hiking and biking trails here.

In winter, winter sports enthusiasts will find numerous ski lifts with about 50 km of slopes, magnificent winter hiking trails, fantastic cross-country ski trails, snowshoe trails, and several toboggan runs.
