Es war alles sauber und gemütlich. Nur die Zufahrt war sehr beengt und durch ein Wegerecht übers Nachbar Grundstück Kam es zu Missverständnissen. Das Inserat sieht eine verfügbare Garage vor, was aber nicht stimmt. Alles weitere passte.
