The basement features a spacious living-dining room with a view of the garden. From there, a staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find a spacious bedroom and a small reading nook. The modern kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped and features an additional small dining area. Right next door is the bathroom with a shower and toilet.
