On the ground floor of this beautiful, smoke-free house, you’ll find an open living area with a cosy seating area in the bright living room and a dining area featuring an original Frisian sofa.

The fully equipped kitchen features a ceramic-glass stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, small appliances, Senseo and filter coffee makers, an egg cooker, etc.
There is also a coat closet and a separate guest bathroom on the ground floor.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. One has a double bed and an additional cot.
The second bedroom has two single beds and a second TV.

The upstairs bathroom also includes a toilet and a washing machine.

The large, fenced-in yard features a spacious, new patio with patio furniture, four lounge chairs, and a garden shed for your bicycles.
The garden shed has an electrical socket, lighting, and a covered area.

One dog is allowed in this property. We ask that you allow your dog only on the ground floor and not on the upper floor in the bedrooms.
Cats are not permitted.

Bakeries and shopping options (large supermarkets) are easily accessible.

In addition, a wallbox for your electric car and high-speed Wi-Fi for working from home are available.

A private parking space is available.

Bed linens and towels are not provided in the holiday rental. However, these can be booked as an add-on for a fee.
