Holiday Home 'Casa Noho' with Private Terrace, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

Casa Noho offers 116 m² of living space over two floors, making it an ideal retreat for families with older children, couples, or friends who want to relax and explore Lake Constance and its surroundings.



On the ground floor, you will find a spacious open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, there are two large bedrooms—one with a king-size box spring bed and one with a queen-size box spring bed—as well as a smaller bedroom with a pull-out bed (1.60 m with slatted frame), perfect for children. There is a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Wi-Fi and a TV are included. For longer stays, a washing machine and dryer are available in the basement.



The private outdoor area features a fenced garden, covered terrace, balcony, and barbecue—perfect for relaxing outdoors. There is a decommissioned pool covered with a safety net. Two parking spaces are directly on the property, one suitable for vehicles up to 5 m in length.



There is ample storage for bicycles and similar items in the entrance area. The house is close to the beach, and public transport, a grocery store, and the train station are within walking distance.



Included: Fresh bed linen, towels, dish towels, and a starter set of dishwashing and cleaning products.



Flexible arrival and departure are possible seven days a week. Thanks to the key safe, late check-in is also no problem. We look forward to welcoming you to Casa Noho and ensuring you have an unforgettable stay!

Erholsamer Urlaub, aber erst nach der Hälfte der Zeit.

Pros: Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Bodensee ist nah. Cons: Das Haus ist nicht Kleinkind geeignet , zum Teil sogar gefährlich.

Sehr passende Unterkunft für unsere 5 köpfige Familie - alle erwachsen

Pros: Das Haus bietet viel Platz und man kann sich gut aus dem Weg gehen. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Mit der Echt-Bodensee-Card kann man komplett auf das Auto verzichten. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Cons: Die Unterkunft liegt eher am oberen Ende der Preisscala für vergleichbare Quartiere. Wahrscheinlich liegt es auch daran, dass die Bodenseeregion ein deutsches Feriengebiet mit Schweizer Preisen ist.

Tolle Lage, super nette Gastgeber, alles top

Pros: Das Haus ist wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet Tolle ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, Kapselkaffeemaschine, nettes Ess und Wohnzimmer, tolle Terrasse mit Grill. Oben drei Doppelzimmer und ein Badezimmer. Handtücher liegen nett auf den Betten. Wir 6 Erwachsene und 3 Kids hatten wunderschöne 4 Tage am Bodensee.

Das Haus war perfekt, für 6 Erwachsene und 1 Baby.

Pros: Es ist viel Platz, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber.Die Lage ist super.Terrasse und Grill haben wir gerne genutzt . Cons: Kaffeemaschine hat Kapseln.

Pros: Sehr freundlicher, kompetenter Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Für Alles war (vor-)gesorgt, wirklich toll!!! Cons: Da gibt es nichts :o)
