Enjoy a getaway in our charming “Gärtnerhäusle” holiday rental, just 85 metres from the “Am Nonnenstein” beach. Originally used as accommodation for the staff of the villa located on the property, the Gärtnerhäusle exudes a special historical charm.

The apartment is located on a private, enclosed property and features a spacious balcony with a magnificent view of Lake Constance. The balcony is perfect for sunbathing or relaxing in the shade, with two lounge chairs under a large umbrella, and also features a dining table for four, ideal for enjoying a peaceful breakfast or barbecue outdoors. The Gärtnerhäusle is simply yet comfortably furnished and ideal for couples or small families. The functional kitchen with a cosy dining area is equipped with all the appliances you need for a pleasant stay. The bedroom sleeps two, while the living room features a sleeper sofa that can be used by both children and adults. The bathroom is equipped with a practical sitting bathtub.

Amenities also include a parking space right next to the house and a garage where you can safely charge your e-bikes. For longer stays, a washing machine and dryer are available for shared use with other holiday rentals.

The accommodation is located directly on the popular cycling loop around Lake Constance, via which nearby attractions—such as the historic island of Lindau or the beautiful lakeside promenade in Langenargen—are less than a 30-minute bike ride away with virtually no inclines.
There is no direct lake access from the property; we recommend the “Am Nonnenstein” swimming area, approximately 80 m away.

Amenities for a completely carefree stay:
Upon arrival, you’ll find freshly made beds, carefully laid out hand towels, shower towels, and tea towels, as well as a starter kit with cleaning, dishwashing, and hygiene supplies. Final cleaning, bed linens, and one set of towels per person per week are included in the price; additional sets of towels can be booked at any time if needed.

Important Information:
Dogs are allowed in this accommodation for an additional fee. Flexible check-in and check-out are available seven days a week, and thanks to the key safe on-site, even a late arrival is no problem.

Please also note that the Gärtnerhäusle’s offer does not include use of the garden or beach on the property. However, the public beach is just a few steps away.
