Wie die anderen Bewertungen haben wir die gleiche Erfahrung gemacht. Leider nur auf den Bildern schön.Wohnung dem Grunde nach toll renoviert - alles sehr modern. Aber leider komplett abgewohnt. Alle Möbel und Einrichtungen abgenutzt und großteils kaputt. Duschstangen wackeln, Wasser in der Dusche fliest nicht ab, Rollo in einem Schlafzimmer komplett defekt. Ausstattung Küche großteils unbrauchbar, Gefrierfach geht nichtmehr zu, Backblech passt nicht in den Ofen, Pfannen Beschichtung geht ab, Spülmaschine wackelt und schwer zu öffnen. Wohnung Sogut wie nicht geputzt - von dreckigen Handtücher bis hin zu Blutspritzer ist hier alles zu finden. Kreative Bauliche Lösungen gibt es überall zu finden. Vieles ist vorallem im Treppenhaus noch Baustelle und nicht fertig renoviert. Vermieter antwortet zudem auf keine Nachricht. Die Wohnung hat so viel Potential, aber leider so absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Schade…

Viel Schein, wenig sein

Leider waren viele aufgeführten Ausstattungsmerkmale nicht vorhanden, die Sauberkeit ließ ebenso zu wünschen übrig. Das Treppenhaus und die Außenanlage (hinter dem Haus) sind teilweise noch starke Baustellen. Die Handläufe waren nicht richtig befestigt, was das Treppensteigen für ältere Menschen sehr spannend gemacht hatDer Gastgeber hat sich bemüht, jedoch sind noch viele "Baustellen" im Haus bzw. dem Appartement offen.
