From the hallway on the ground floor, you’ll enter the spacious living and dining area. Here you’ll find a cosy couch, a TV, and a large dining table with plenty of room for everyone. On cooler days, a fireplace provides cosy warmth and a welcoming atmosphere. From here, you have access to the garden with a patio. The open kitchen is equipped with modern appliances (stove, oven, dishwasher, wine refrigerator) and offers plenty of space for preparing delicious meals. There is also a guest bathroom on this level. The basement (souterrain) features a bedroom with a double bed (box spring) and a TV. On this level, you’ll find the bathroom with a shower, separate bathtub, toilet, and a sauna. Here, you can relax and enjoy a well-deserved break. A staircase leads to the ground floor, where the hallway opens onto two additional bedrooms, both equipped with a TV. One bedroom features a double bed (box spring) and the other a single bed (box spring). On this level is the second bathroom, equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. A staircase then leads you to the attic of the half of the holiday home, where you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed (box spring) and a TV. A parking space is available at the holiday home.

A well-behaved dog is allowed with prior notice (€10 per pet per day).

The holiday rental participates in the Sylt Go Mobility partner programme, which means you’ll receive free bus tickets. You can use these to travel throughout the entire island during your stay.
