Gorgeous grounds surround this comfortable contemporary...

Well laid out floor plan is ideal for multi generational family vacation. Meticulously maintained, this house is not your average bare bones beach house but rather a fully furnished home that is stocked with any and all necessities. Spectacular plantings, multiple decks, great pool area, easy beach access, a private oasis that will exceed your expectations.

Well equipped vacation home

Our two families enjoyed the house. Beach is almost private with white sand; and the house is well equipped with all necessary items to make a pleasant vacation.

Great Beach Vacation

This house is perfect for two or three families, definitely big enough, providing privacy for everyone. It was immaculate with a beautiful outdoor area, and the owners provided linens, toiletries and paper goods. The top floor master suite was huge with a private bath and living area, while the first floor had 3 bedrooms, two with private baths and one hall bath. The ground floor area has two pullouts and privacy as well. Our kids loved the secret path to the private beach. The pool and hot tub were a big plus! We've been renting in LBI for over 10 years, and this is the best house yet. We already booked for next summer.

This multi-generational home has been impeccably kept throughout its life. Major renovation in the late 90's doubled the size and a pool was incorporated several years later to complete the project. The gardens and grounds have been this owner's passion and attention to detail is immediately apparent. The home and surrounding areas are comfortable, elegant, tranquil, exquisitely appointed...truly inviting. Visitors feel immediately 'at home' and relaxation begins the moment you enter. There is nothing quite like the Dunescape experience, where the desire to return is inevitable and inescapable.
