Comfortable house. For 4/5 people + baby. 70km from Montpellier. 80km from Sète. Possibility of guided or guided excursions (on foot or by car, 1 2 day or day). Price available on site in addition to the rental. Wood and electricity not included. CHILD BASIN SUPPLEMENT (usable by adults). Pool of 4500 liters of water, 3m50 x0.80 deep, circular see terms with the owner. Weekend of 2 or 3 nights possible.
(optional option). Possible pool for children. Summer 2014 possibility of using a hard pool either shared for 150 euros per week, or in full 300 euros per week in addition to the rental price

Un ménage bien sympathique qui a bien profité de notre coin cévenol malgré des chaleurs un peu torrides mais exceptionnelles.

Décevant, prix très exagéré, ne correspond pas à cette location

Pas de place de stationnement. Accès pédestre assez difficile. Inaccessible si personne à mobilité réduite. Propriété mal entretenue. Intérieur, vieillot, sale, dégradé, vieux mobilier. Cuisine limite bricolage. Douche à refaire en toute urgence, problème sanitaire inquiétant. Rideau de douche fixé avec du fil de fer ainsi que les sommiers de lits. Peintures, châssis, vitrage à refaire de toute urgence. Mis à part la vue sur cette colline (voir photo d'accueil).

Teleurstellende locatie

Veel zaken niet op orde. De douche was kapot, de airco lekte water en was aan schoonmaak toe. Voor handdoeken betaald maar waren niet aanwezig. Voor schoonmaak betaald maar de eigenaar probeerde toch om dat geld nogmaals te innen. Tot ver in de nacht wakker gelegen van harde muziek van de buren. Oude en slechte inrichting. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is ver te zoeken.
