Peace and tranquility on Nordstrand. Welcome to “Neukoog Auszeit”! This lovingly renovated Frisian cottage with a thatched roof, dating back to 1850, offers the perfect setting for a relaxing North Sea holiday. With room for up to five people, it combines historic charm with modern comfort.

Location:
The “Neukoog Auszeit” half of the holiday home is located on the picturesque Nordstrand peninsula, surrounded by the unique landscape of North Frisia. Here you’ll find peace and tranquility—ideal for nature lovers and those seeking relaxation. Its proximity to the North Sea allows you to explore the Wadden Sea, an UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site. Numerous bike and hiking trails invite you to explore the Frisian marshlands. A classic Frisian earthen wall forms a harmonious boundary along the street side. The house is sheltered behind trees and shrubs, creating an idyllic and peaceful atmosphere. For your daily needs, a supermarket and a bakery are about 1.5 km away. Restaurants are about 4 km away and offer regional specialities.

Amenities:
The ground floor welcomes you with a spacious living room, furnished with a cosy leather suite consisting of a three-seater sofa, a two-seater sofa, and an armchair. Here you can spend relaxing evenings. From the living room, you have direct access to the garden terrace.

The modern built-in kitchen offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Amenities include a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and a radio. A small breakfast table invites you to start your day in a relaxed manner, while the large dining table in the living room offers a lovely alternative—with a view of the garden.

The bathroom was completely renovated in 2020 and offers modern amenities. Equipped with a walk-in rain shower, a sink with ample counter space, a lighted mirror, a washing machine, a heated towel rack, and a toilet, it leaves nothing to be desired.

A staircase leads you to the upper floor, where two inviting bedrooms await you. The master bedroom impresses with its brightness and spaciousness and is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm). In the second bedroom, you’ll also find a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 200 cm). Additionally, there’s another TV available here.

Special features:
The spacious terrace in front of the house invites you to relax with a beach chair, patio furniture, and a comfortable lounger. The adjacent lawn offers plenty of space for activities such as ball games, barbecue evenings, or simply relaxing. Pets are welcome. You’ll also have access to a parking space right next to the house, Wi-Fi (fibre optic), and a covered area for bicycles.

Kids won’t be left out either: a swing and a sandpit have been placed so that you can always keep an eye on your little ones without disturbing your neighbors.
