Holiday Home 'Les Chaudannes' with Mountain View, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning
FAMILY OR FRIENDS’ PARTIES NOT PERMITTED. THE HOUSE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE MORE THAN 8 PEOPLE
Located in a residential area close to shops, Les Chaudannes offers a spacious, bright living area, a landscaped and fenced garden with open views of the Belledonne mountains, a south-facing terrace with outdoor seating, and a workshop for storing and maintaining bicycles. The decor is tasteful and many children’s games are available.
This single-story detached house sits on a fenced 700 m² plot with a gravel courtyard. It features an entrance, a living-dining-kitchen area opening onto a tiled terrace and the garden, three bedrooms (two single beds 90x200 cm, one double bed 160x200 cm), including one bedroom with private bathroom (double bed 160x200 cm, walk-in shower, and WC), a bathroom with bathtub, a separate WC, and a workshop/laundry room with washing machine and bike repair area. An electric car charging station is available in the courtyard.
The outdoor pool of La Rochette is 600 m away, and water play areas are accessible in Détrier (1.7 km) in summer. An indoor pool is in Pontcharra (9.7 km).
Family parties (birthdays, etc.) are not allowed.
