The 32-square-meter holiday rental, which opened in 2024 after being lovingly renovated, offers plenty of space for up to 3 people. The beautiful design of the furniture and the unique, new, high-quality furnishings give our holiday rental its special modern charm. A spacious central area featuring the living room, dining area, and kitchen forms the heart of the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, and coffee maker; an electric kettle and toaster are, of course, included. All sleeping accommodation is located in this central area, consisting of a double bed and a wonderful sleeper sofa. All beds will be made for you upon your arrival! The initial supply of linens, including bed linens and towels, is already included in the rental price. A newly renovated bathroom with a spacious shower, toilet, sink, and a hair dryer is ready for your use. Away from noise and traffic, you can unwind and enjoy village life. There are good connections by bus or car to Regensburg’s World Heritage Old Town (23 KM) and the surrounding area. The apartment is also the perfect starting point for excursions to Straubing (24 km) and the Bavarian Forest (biking, motorcycle, and hiking tours). The range of recreational activities and the proximity to the Nepal Himalaya Pavilion, the Hölle Nature Reserve (Upper Palatinate), the Wörth an der Donau indoor swimming pool, and the Walhalla are also major advantages. Thanks to its location along the Danube and in the forest, with many biking and hiking trails, there is a wide range of leisure and recreational activities available. This is an ideal location for relaxation, living, and working. Shopping options are within walking or biking distance. A bakery is right in the area. In addition, the apartment features (at no extra cost): Wi-Fi, a TV with satellite channels, a terrace with seating, a private parking space, and a separate room for storing sports equipment such as bicycles, motorcycles, etc. Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out is due by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Other check-in and check-out times may be arranged upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys are provided via a key box. You will receive the code in advance of your arrival. A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed. Washing machine: 3.00 EUR. Upon booking, we require a deposit of 30% of the total price; the remaining balance is due 4 weeks before arrival. Payment at the property can only be made in cash.
