We're delighted you've found us. Our favorite ground-floor apartment is a space where you instantly feel: everyday life stays outside.



The sunny terrace with its cozy lounge and open view of the Chiemgau Alps is a little piece of vacation happiness – perfect for settling in, taking a deep breath, and unwinding.



Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. The apartment also offers access to a private terrace.



The property is close to numerous cycling and hiking trails, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, public transport, an indoor pool, and a mini-golf course. The studio apartment is a 20-minute drive from Lake Chiemsee, 45 minutes from Salzburg, 50 minutes from Berchtesgaden and Lake Königssee, and 1 hour 15 minutes from Munich.



Parking is available on the property. There is storage for motorcycles and bicycles as well as a ski depot. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. An EV charging station is available for an extra fee. A washing machine and dryer can be used on request. The property features recycling policies and energy- and water-saving facilities. Electricity is partly generated by photovoltaic systems. Self check-in is available.
