3.5-room apartment with balcony and beautiful views of Lake St. Moritz, St. Moritz village, and the Corviglia ski area.

The apartment features a living room equipped with a sofa and TV. From the living room, you can directly access the balcony. The kitchen is in a separate room and can be closed off, with the dining area located right next to it. In the entrance area, there is a separate WC. On the left side of the apartment are the two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. The fireplace seen in the photos is no longer functional.

The apartment has been updated with new flooring and freshly painted walls. The residential building includes an elevator and a communal indoor pool (closed in May and November).

The Skyline House is located right next to Lake St. Moritz in a central location in St. Moritz-Bad. The bus stop, restaurants, and shopping facilities are just a few minutes' walk away.

Se dovesse mancare qualcosa, contattate subito Mountain Flair: il personale è gentile e sempre disponibile a risolvere eventuali problemi. L’appartamento è dotato di una macchina del caffè a capsule Tchibo. Il garage ha un’altezza inferiore ai 210 cm ed è a pagamento, mentre i posteggi esterni, molto comodi, sono inclusi. Per gli appassionati di sci, la struttura offre non solo un’area deposito, ma anche un pratico banco con morsetti, prese e luci per la manutenzione degli sci alpini e da fondo. Un dettaglio davvero utile! La piscina è carina, comoda per chi vuol fare qualche bracciata, ma per i bambini la temperatura dell'acqua era un po' fredda. Peccato!
