The holiday apartment features a spacious and cozy living room with an open kitchen and dining area. From the living room, you can access the southwest-facing balcony. There is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom (bathtub). Another bedroom has a bunk bed, and there is an additional bathroom with a shower. The entrance area includes a wardrobe and closets.

The sofa in the living room can be used as a sleeping space on request, ideal for a family or guests.

Please note that the fireplace in the living room cannot be used.

A ski room is available for communal use, and a garage space can be rented for an additional fee. There is also a communal laundry room.

In winter (from the first Monday in December until the first Sunday in April), Residenza Belvair offers a shared wellness area with a sauna, steam bath, relaxation area, showers, and fitness equipment.

The holiday home Residenza Belvair is located at the entrance of Zuoz. The train station, tourist information, and Coop supermarket are just a few minutes' walk away. The cross-country skiing and golf center with a sports shop are also within walking distance.
