This inviting holiday apartment on the mezzanine level combines comfort, modernity, and a fantastic location.
With an area of 35 m², the apartment offers plenty of space for up to 2 people.

The apartment captivates with its cosy atmosphere. The bright living/sleeping area invites you to relax and is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a smart TV, a double bed (140x200 cm), and a dining area. Access to the bed is limited on one side due to space constraints.

External roller shutters are available to darken the room.
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you could want. Here you’ll find everything you need to prepare your favourite meals—from a dishwasher and a glass-ceramic cooktop to a microwave-oven combo and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. In addition, a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are provided so you can easily prepare your morning coffee or breakfast.

The cosy, south-west-facing balcony is the highlight of the apartment, offering a view of the surrounding area. Sit back, relax on the balcony furniture, and leave your daily routine behind.

The bathroom features a modern shower, a lighted mirror, a sink, and a hair dryer.

A washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) are available for shared use in the basement.

The location of this holiday home couldn’t be better. Just 300 metres away, you’ll find the gorgeous sandy beach, which is perfect for relaxing days by the sea. This beautiful apartment complex is located on a quiet residential street in the immediate vicinity of the city centre and the spa park. The spa promenade and the beach are just a few minutes’ walk away. Shopping options are also within easy walking distance. There is one parking space for Apartment 5 and a garage for Apartment 8 located behind the building.

You can park your bicycles in the garage courtyard.
