Die Wohnung und die gesamte Residenz war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, direkt am Strand. Mehrere Restaurants, eine Bäckerei , eine Apotheke und Aldi in der Nähe. Ein sauberes und geräumiges Hallenbad, sowie ein kleiner Fitnessraum sind auch vorhanden
