During our recent stay, we found the location to be decent, though it was nothing particularly special.The small house generally met our expectations, but the cleanliness left much to be desired. There was noticeable dust in the corners, spiderwebs in various places, and the carpets were old with significant stains. The only exception was the bathroom, which was well cleaned.To add to our disappointment, we were charged twice for bedsheets, cleaning, and the tourist tax. The subsequent communication with both Bungalowpark Simpelveld and Eezz to resolve this issue was far from pleasant.Overall, based on our experience, we cannot recommend either Eezz or Bungalowpark Simpelveld. We hope that addressing these issues could significantly improve the experience for future guests.

Schöne Lage, aber mehr auch nicht

Kleines Häuschen, in netter Lage. Für einen Besuch beim CHIO in Aachen super geeignet (keine halbe Stunde bis zum Gelände). Sauberkeit leider mangelhaft (Staub auf dem Bett/Spinnenweben und Spinnen und jeder Ecke/dreckiger Teppich - ledig das Bad war relativ sauber) und auch das Mobiliar ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig (kaputte Schränke/lockerer Wasserhahn/sehr durchgelegen Matratzen/Bodenfliesen mit Löchern). Und zu guter letzt wird einem Bettwäsche, Endreinigung und Kurtaxe auch noch doppelt in Rechnung gestellt. Diese Kostenpunkte stehen nämlich im angezeigten Preis inbegriffen, werden aber vom Park zusammen mit der Kaution noch einmal extra in Rechnung gestellt. Den Park an Sich kann ich empfehlen, das Haus und den Anbieter leider nicht.

Wir möchten klarstellen, dass wir die Kosten für Bettwäsche, Endreinigung und Kurtaxe immer im Voraus transparent anzeigen, damit unsere Gäste über alle zusätzlichen Kosten informiert sind. Diese Kosten werden nicht von der Zahlung abgezogen, sondern vom Park zusammen mit der Kaution separat berechnet. Es handelt sich also nicht um eine doppelte Berechnung, sondern der angezeigte Preis umfasst nur den reinen Mietpreis. Ihre Anmerkungen bezüglich der Sauberkeit und der Einrichtung nehmen wir sehr ernst und werden diese mit dem Park besprechen, damit die Qualität verbessert werden kann. Vielen Dank nochmals, dass Sie Ihre Erfahrung mit uns geteilt haben.
