This holiday flat, newly furnished in 2016, is located in a quiet area with lots of greenery. The holiday flat is located in Grizane, a suburb of Crikvenica. The famous sandy beach of Crikvenica is just a 10-minute drive away. The location of the flat is ideal for someone who needs a lot of peace and relaxation and yet can be in the hustle and bustle quickly if necessary. The flat itself consists of an eat-in kitchen, a small living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a small balcony at the entrance, which is enclosed. The beautifully designed swimming pool with whirlpool provides refreshment. Next to the blue pool is a shady terrace with a wood-fired barbecue.
