The holiday flats are located in the Mali Maj district, just 250 metres from Materada beach, sports facilities and restaurants. The old town of Porec can be reached in just 30 minutes on foot along the coast. The house is situated on a plot with olive trees, flowers and a well-kept garden with a brick barbecue and garden furniture, all for shared use. A total of two holiday flats are rented out in the house, which will be completely renovated in 2022. This holiday flat for 4-5 people is located on the ground floor of the house on a living space of 46m2 and has 2 bedrooms, kitchen with dining table and satellite TV and bathroom with shower/WC. At the entrance there is a beautiful covered terrace with seating. Air conditioning and wireless internet are available.

Zum Wohlfühlen
Wir haben uns im Appartement von David wohl gefühlt. Der Garten vorm Haus ist wirklich sehr schön, und die Lage insgesamt sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sauber, nur das Badezimmer etwas muffig (da eine Belüftung fehlte). Zum Strand ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang. Ansonsten haben wir mit dem Auto viel in der Umgebung erkundet, und von der Travel Agency vor Ort viele nützliche Tipps für Ausflüge & Restaurants bekommen.
