The "S'ercole Superior" holiday apartment offers an excellent view of Posada’s Medieval Village and the iconic Castello della Fava. The 75 m² apartment features an air-conditioned, well-equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas stove, toaster, kettle, capsule coffee machine, traditional coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, various utensils, fridge, freezer, dining table with chairs, and a TV area.



The sleeping area includes a 14 m² double bedroom with air conditioning and private bathroom, plus a second 11 m² bedroom with private bathroom, furnished with either a 160x200 cm double bed or two 90x195 cm single beds (suitable for children or teenagers), according to your needs. This room has an electric fan.



The apartment has a private outdoor space with a covered terrace, table, chairs, and a built-in bench for relaxing. The property is close to Su Triarzu beach and boasts spectacular views. Olbia’s port and airport are about 42 km away. Free street parking is available. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted outside on the veranda; private parties are not allowed. Recycling guidelines are provided; more information is available on site. The property does not have Wi-Fi.
