This charming corner townhouse (approx. 118 m²) in Tinnum, Sylt, is situated in a quiet location overlooking the Tinnum meadows and can accommodate up to 6 people. Enjoy the idyllic countryside and a perfect starting point for walks and bike rides. The beach is just a few minutes away. On the ground floor, the house features a separate, modern kitchen and a living room with a cosy sitting and dining area. For entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV, a stereo system with a DVD player, and a guest bathroom. A door from the living room leads out to the south-facing terrace, which is surrounded by a large garden and invites you to relax outdoors. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200 cm) and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The third bedroom in the attic, with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), has its own bathroom with a shower and toilet. Additional amenities include a washing machine in the garage and a free parking space for your car. There is no bike storage room. Pets are welcome here.

Das Ferienhaus ist eine absolute 10/10. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Lediglich die Küche ist durch ihre Neuheiten und Funktionen am Anfang etwas umständlich zu verstehen, nach einer Weile sind wir aber auch damit gut zurecht gekommen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
