Die Fenster waren ganz schlecht. Sie schlossen nicht richtig und total undicht. Außerdem ist die Küche eine Katastrophe, man kann sich dort nicht umdrehen so schmal ist sie.

Die Wohnung ist teilweise schön renoviert, aber einiges wirkt leider lieblos und unfertig. Wohn- ..

Die Wohnung ist teilweise schön renoviert, aber einiges wirkt leider lieblos und unfertig. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind sehr geräumig und hell (sehr große Fenster zur Südseite, Balkontür aus jedem der beiden Zimmer). Es gibt sehr viel Stauraum, 2 große Schränke und 1 Kommode im Schlafzimmer. Boden und Möbel sind einwandfrei, aber eine Lampe über dem Esstisch fehlt. Ein Deckenfluter (mit Leselampe) wäre auch gut, derzeit hat man nur die Deckenleuchte und eine wacklige Stehlampe. In der Küche ist eine neue Küchenzeile mit guten Geräten installiert, aber der alte Fliesenboden mit Löchern und der alte Fliesenspiegel mit vielen Dübellöchern ist immer noch da, ebenso ein Wandbord, das nur Platz in der ohnehin engen Küche (aber für Fewo ausreichend) wegnimmt. Eine Unterbauleuchte fehlt völlig, es gibt nur das Deckenlicht, d. h. man arbeitet im eigenen Schatten (die Küche ist insgesamt ziemlich dunkel, auch das Fenster war dreckig). Die Balkontür im Schlafzimmer klemmt sehr stark (viele Wohnungen im Haus haben neue Fenster/Türen, diese hier leider nicht). Das enge Bad wirkt durch den großen Spiegel angenehm geräumig, aber der Duscheinstieg ist sehr eng und fast schon gefährlich (ums Waschbecken schlängeln und dabei noch Stufe hoch). Die Duscharmatur hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen (Warmwasser funktioniert aber einwandfrei). Von den schönen Balkonstühlen auf dem Foto war einer kaputt, trotz sofortiger Reklamation bei der Agentur wurde während des gesamten Aufenthalts nichts gemacht. Es gibt Waschmaschine (4 x 50 ct pro Waschgang) und Trockner (1 EUR) im Keller, aber kein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett.
