Welcome to our "Sonnenblick" holiday rental. This 75-square-meter holiday rental can accommodate up to 8 pe Personen.Im, on the ground floor, there are two bedrooms (each with a double bed), a living room, kitchen, and bathroom (with toilet and shower), and in the attic there is a third bedroom and living area with two double beds, a sofa, and an additional toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, refrigerator, stove, oven, and standard cooking utensils. You’ll also have access to your own spacious garden area with a built-in grill and patio furniture.This cosy log-cabin-style holiday rental, featuring a magnificent south-facing balcony with views of the surrounding mountain landscape, is located in the heart of the Bavarian Forest. The parking space reserved for you is located directly in front of the house.The Brey Bakery in Simpering/Hohenwarth offers a bread roll delivery service, so you’ll have fresh rolls for breakfast delivered right to your front door every day. There are two supermarkets in town, each with its own butcher shop and bakery. A swimming lake is just a one-minute walk away, and another is located in town, only a 5-minute drive away. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to arrange this if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are allowed for a fee of 15 EUR per pet per night. The visitor’s tax of 1.30 EUR per person per night will be charged separately. Use of the laundry room is subject to a fee. Please note that towels are not provided on-site and must be brought by you. A 20% prepayment is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before arrival via bank transfer.
