My property is located in the award winning fully restored Hamlet Borgo di Vagli. The ten-year restoration project was conceived and executed by the renowned architect Fulvio Di Rosa. Fulvio is often cited by author Frances Mayes, as being amongst the best in his field. His meticulous restoration efforts have allowed Borgo di Vagli to maintain much of its original feel, atmosphere and charm, without compromising modern-day comforts such as fully equipped kitchens, cosy bathrooms, Fulvio also responsibility for the interiors and his attention to detail is sublime. The property is furnished with rural Tuscan antiques, handcrafted crockery and cutlery, Busatti linens, satellite television and WiFi.

The Hamlet’s 21 residences are beautifully furnished, self-catering with fully equipped kitchens incl. dishwasher, electric oven, 4 gas hobs/burner, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery. Telephone, Bluetooth speaker, TV & DVD and satellite channels, hairdryer and free Wi-Fi.

Our One-Bedroom Residences can host up to 4 people following the below bed configuration:
- Bedroom with Queen Size Bed
- Pull-Out Sofa bed in the Living Room

Unlike many vacation rentals we offer no hidden costs, the rental price includes: taxes, terry and linen, midweek and departure housekeeping service, gas, electricity, water and Wi-Fi access. Visitor's Tax not included. 3€ per person per night for a maximum of 4 nights. Children under 12 years do not pay.
