First-floor holiday rental with east- and south-facing balconies—58 m² of pure relaxation. This cosy holiday rental features two balconies. The separate living and sleeping areas each come equipped with their own TV and a bathroom. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed. For added comfort, the sofa bed in the living room provides an additional sleeping option for a third person.Enjoy your stay in this comfortable and well-equipped holiday apartment! The attractive and modern rooms (approx. 30 sqm), as well as the spacious holiday apartments (40–53 sqm), offer you the following comfort and luxury: memory foam mattresses, shower/toilet, direct-dial phone, internet access, hair dryer, flat-screen satellite TV, in-room safe, radio alarm clock, and a balcony or terrace. The apartments and holiday units feature a fully equipped kitchenette with a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The apartments also feature a microwave. Dressing gowns are available upon request for a small fee. For the convenience of our guests, the breakfast room (which you are also welcome to use as a lounge at any time) features a small kitchenette with a guest refrigerator. In addition, there is a drink vending machine and a separate laundry room with a dryer in the basement. You can receive your treatments right here on the premises, at the Krammel Massage and Spa Practice (located in the Martinus building, which is connected to us via a covered walkway). Our wellness offerings for you: Solarium, fitness room, magnetic field therapy. You’re free to leave the holiday rental as you found it—that is, clean—or you may choose to take advantage of our end-of-stay cleaning service (40 EUR).
