Miners cottage in the heart of Galena Historic district. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. The master has a king size bed with a TV. The main floor bedroom has a double bed with a TV. And the upstairs "kids" room has two extra long twin beds with a TV. The kitchen is large and well appointed with plenty of equipment. Large dining area with seating for six. Dog friendly with a 1/3 acre yard to play in. On site front loader washer & dryer. Walk to downtown or through the beautiful historic neighborhood and the pet friendly park adjacent to Galena's oldest Cemetery. Free wifi.

Very clean and very quiet neighborhood. Very spacious. It is an older home but has everything you need for your stay. Nice yard for a dog. If you enjoy exercise and walking to Main Street and back, it is a great workout with the hills going back.

The check in and check out process was super easy. The location was either a 12 minute walk or an easy 3 min car ride to downtown Galena. The cottage was clean and inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. There were multiple streaming apps that we could choose movies and shows from. A great place to stay when wanting to visit Galena.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and found everything to be exactly as advertised. The hosts were readily available if needed from first day to last, and made us feel very much at home. All directions/instructions relating to our stay left nothing to the imagination or guesswork, and we found nothing more that we needed other than the essentials we brought with or that were supplied at the residence itself. The location was also perfect, nestled in a wooded setting and within walking distance of downtown Galena as well as a short drive to our business in Dubuque. Finally, all of the above at a very reasonable cost. Would definitely return.
