This exclusive beach house offers you the perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy swimming in the Baltic Sea—take in the fresh sea air and the gentle sound of the waves in this absolutely peaceful, idyllic setting. The wide, white Baltic Sea beach is just a few metres from the house—one of the most beautiful stretches of beach on Usedom.

This holiday semi-detached house is ideal for 2 to 7 people. Our beach house is located in the small holiday community of Blankenfohrt, right behind the Baltic Sea beach in Ückeritz. You’ll be staying in the front half of the house facing the Baltic Sea, known as “Hinter der Düne.” Surrounded by the natural beauty of the dune landscape, you’ll be right in touch with nature and the Baltic Sea. The 653 m² private lot offers plenty of space and a beautiful sun terrace with patio furniture and a grill—all set amidst lush greenery. Two parking spaces are located right next to the house.

The exclusive beach house behind the dunes is furnished in a cosy maritime style with hardwood floors in the bedrooms and chic, light-colored wood ceilings on the ground floor. The beach house features a large living room, 4 bedrooms (with 7 beds), 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen, all within approximately 68 m² of living space. At the dining table in the living room, you’ll sit right next to the large, glass-enclosed panoramic window, and a comfortable leather sofa is at your disposal. A large 55-inch flat-screen TV with Ambilight LED backlighting ensures a great viewing experience. Since the TV is equipped with Smart TV functionality via the internet, you can always enjoy the best entertainment tailored to your preferences. An internet radio and free Wi-Fi access round out the amenities.

The kitchen, located in a separate area, offers every convenience: Fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, and more.
2 bedrooms on the ground floor (one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds), 2 bedrooms on the upper floor (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), A second TV on the upper floor in the bedroom with a double bed.

A comprehensive range of transport options is already included in your Ückeritz visitor passes. Free use of: the Ückeritz shuttle bus (many stops in town; can be booked by phone), the Usedomer Bäderbahn (across the entire island and as far as Züssow), and MV-Rad (bike rentals, including e-bikes, via the UsedomRad rental stations).

The beautiful walking and biking trails right next to the beach house, set in the idyllic surroundings of the coastal forest, invite you to take long walks and bike tours. Thanks to its convenient location in the centre of the island, all other towns on the island—as well as the imperial spas (including neighbouring Bansin, 7 km away)—are within easy reach. There’s an Italian restaurant in the immediate vicinity.

The Ückeritz Baltic Sea beach was once again awarded the Blue Flag in 2025 for excellent water quality and high standards in environmental management. Stay right behind the beach and get as close to nature and the Baltic Sea as possible. The beach access is just a few steps away.

Bed linens can be rented upon request. Bedding per bed: 12 euros; shower towel and hand towel: 8 euros per person. Travel cot and high chair included upon request. The visitor’s tax is not included in the travel price and must be paid on site to the landlord in accordance with the currently valid visitor’s tax ordinance. The travel price depends on the number of guests. Please make sure to enter the correct number of guests when booking. Accommodating additional guests is permitted only with the landlord’s prior consent and for an extra charge (extra bed).
