Insgesamt können wir die Ferienwohnung „Strandistel“ in Carolinensiel empfehlen. Grundsätzlich ist alles vorhanden und man kommt gut zurecht. Toll ist, dass eine Spülmaschine vorhanden ist. Netto ist super nah und Restaurants sind auch gleich um die Ecke. Zum nächstgelegenen Bäcker kommt man mit einem kleinen Spaziergang. Zum Strand in Harlesiel ist es fußläufig ca. 35 Minuten und mit dem Auto etwa 10 Minuten. Der Strandabschnitt für Hunde ist direkt am Harlesieler Strand und war für uns sehr geschickt. Es empfiehlt sich frühzeitig, per Internet, einen Strandkorb zu buchen! Ausflugsziele gibt es in Carolinensiel und Umgebung (Fahrzeiten bis zu 60 Minuten) in Hülle und Fülle.

Es müsste dringend mal die Toilettenbürste ausgetauscht werden. Weiter wäre es wünschenswert, wenn der Garten etwas gepflegt würde. Es war alles sehr zugewuchert und überall nur Unkraut. Der Esstisch ist sehr wackelig und die Polster der Stühle haben sicherlich auch schon bessere Tage gesehen. Aber für 3 Nächte soweit in Ordnung.

Wir hatten Probleme mit dem heißen Wasser. Die Vermietung hat sich zwar drum gekümmert, trotzdem hat es 5 Tage gedauert, bis die Handwerker das Problem gelöst haben. Uns wurde dann ein weiterer Tag kostenlos angeboten.
