Holiday Home 'Ferienhaus für Familien' with Sauna, Whirlpool, Ski

Your wellness house for the whole family. After a day in the snow, fire up the sauna—kids are welcome too. Our family-friendly holiday home is located in Winterberg, Sauerland.



CHILDREN

A house by a family, for families. Leave bulky items at home: we provide a baby bed, high chair, children’s dishes, and baby monitor. The playroom offers games for all ages and Netflix for kids. Sockets, windows, and stairs are secured.



WELLNESS

Barrel sauna and whirlpool are in the garden. Enjoy nature views through the sauna’s panoramic window; the water is 38°C. Downstairs, relax in the salt room with an illuminated salt wall, plus a second wellness room. No fixed times, no other guests.



SLEEPING & BATHROOMS

Four bedrooms: two with double beds, two with singles. Blackout curtains let you sleep in. Beds are made up, with a towel set for each guest. Three bathrooms, one with whirlpool tub—no waiting in the morning.



KITCHEN & LIVING

Separate kitchen keeps cooking smells contained. Fully equipped with spices, dishwasher, and coffee machine. Dining table and sofa each seat eight, with a wood-burning fireplace.



GARDEN & TERRACE

The garden is all yours: private lawn, mountain views. Terrace has a grill and a second dining table under a parasol. Playground in sight of the terrace. In the evening, enjoy a campfire.



LOCATION

At 700 meters, right by the forest. Rothaarsteig trail passes through town; bakery is 450 meters away. Ten minutes by car to Kahler Asten and Bikepark Winterberg.



SERVICE

Washer and dryer available any time. Wi-Fi throughout, three parking spaces at the house. Dogs are welcome. Rated five DTV stars.

Heel mooi vakantiehuis op een prachtige locatie.

Pros: Ruimte, rust. Het huis is groot genoeg om je terug te trekken en goed ingericht, zodat je ook gezellig samen kunt zijn. Heel mooi vakantiehuis, prima hottub, groot genoeg om ook in de zomer af te koelen. Omgeving is prachtig.

prima accomodatie in een mooie rustige omgeving

Cons: het enige wat we mistte was een map met documentatie (gebruiksaanwijzingen) van aanwezige apparatuur zoals tv, sauna , koffiezetapparaat enz. We hebben het allemaal zelf uitgezocht, deels met hulp van internet en dat lukt maar het was fijn geweest als dat er geweest was.
