Vacation home with private heated pool

This holiday rental can be your home away from home. It can accommodate up to 5 guests in 55 m² of space, featuring a balcony, a sauna, and a private, heated, separate pool, among other amenities.
The pool is heated and open from April 1 through October 31.
Swimming is not permitted from November 1 through March 31. A furnished terrace with sunshades is also available. A charming and spacious holiday rental in the Oder-Spree Lake District. With 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen-living room, and 1 bathroom, as well as a separate bathroom on the upper floor, we can accommodate up to 5 people.
A terrace with all the necessary furniture and a barbecue area is also available separately. The pool is covered and solar-heated, so it can be used in almost any weather. One bedroom for three people is located upstairs and accessible via a staircase. The second bedroom is on the ground floor and sleeps two people.
There is also a private sauna available exclusively to our guests. You can use it whenever you like—there are no set times. You can also rent bicycles from us. For bookings of seven nights or more, these are included. Peace and relaxation are our top priorities. The nearest lake, in Bad Saarow, is just 8 km away. For those who prefer to do nothing, our separate, covered, and heated pool is available.
You’re also just an hour’s drive from Berlin, the Spreewald, or even neighbouring Poland.

For 1 or 2 guests: 70 euros / night
For 3 guests: 90 euros / night
For 4 guests: 110 euros / night
For 5 guests: 130 euros / night

In addition, electricity charges apply, which are settled in cash at the end of your stay. The rate is 0.50 € per kWh for daytime electricity and
0.30 € per kWh for nighttime electricity (heating). There are separate metres in the house that can be checked at any time. Billing is based on actual consumption.

The sauna fee is 20 euros per use for four hours, regardless of the number of people using it. Towels are provided for each guest, as well as sauna infusions. The fee applies only if the sauna is used. It is not charged if the sauna is not used or has not been used.
