Our 112-square-meter holiday home, Penthouse No. 9, offers the most exclusive living comfort on two levels. You can easily access your private penthouse by lift directly from the underground car park (two parking spaces, electric charging station, expected in 2025). 100% privacy for optimal relaxation.

Optional add-on: Breakfast at the Bayerischer Hof (upon request; current price: 15 euros per person)

One of the highlights of the apartment is the illuminated stone wall, with stairs leading up to the upper living area. Here you’ll find a second living level with a spacious bedroom (extra-long box-spring double bed, smart TV, large closet, desk, and minibar) as well as an additional bathroom with a shower and toilet. Ideal for two couples, as there is a second separate entrance on the upper level.
